Is Sunday the beginning of your week or the end of it? Either way, this early Sunday morning Yoga class is just what you need to spend some time on YOU. Tone, lengthen, and strengthen your muscles, as well as improve balance, flexibility, increase mental alertness, and de-stress. MargaretAnne will invigorate you with uplifting yoga flows and poses, and calm you with breathing and relaxation techniques. Take this class to YOUR level: gentle to relax yourself to conclude your week or challenge yourself to kick-start the new week ahead. All levels are welcome as yoga is a ‘practice’ not a ‘perfect.’ Everyone, young or old, can benefit from this class!
